Avaya Aura Media Server OVA
AACC supports the Avaya Aura Media Server versions 8 and 10.1

is exists under the ACCS 7. x download page, but This appliance is for deployment on Vmware® ESXi 5.5, 6.0, 6.6, 6.7 infrastructures and parallels the Avaya Aura® Media Server 8.0.0 product software

if the deployment is under ESXi 7.0, then the correct Rls is:

MediaServer_10.1.0.48_A2_2021.12.17_OVF10.ova 7c2a8e7eb0bb49f5533b36367956f41b

But this is not found, the only available is

MediaServer_10.1.0.121_A5_2022.12.20_OVF10.ova
OVA for Avaya Aura® Media Server 10.1.0 virtual appliance deployments. Contains media server 10.1.0.121 and and system layer 10.0.0.11.

Can I deploy this instead ????

ACCS is supported on Aura as well as IP Office. @ipohead is correct. Unless you're installing with IP Office in which case I think the IP Office acts as the media server.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Yes, you can use AMS 10.1 with accs

AACC/ACCS 7.1.2.2 (SP2) should be available soon (end of march 24, eventualy earlier)
It's for Aura 10.2 as well as IPO 11.1.x
Beside of bugfixes and some features for Workspaces, it will be supported with ESXi 8.0
