Deploy Mutiple Websites on IIS6.0

Windows 2003 SP2 & IIS 6.0

I am deploying mutiple webservers using the HP RDP Tool..
i have several scripts which i run Post Imaging which replaces the old IP with the new ones..blah blah!..

My QUESTION: How do u script it so that the current IIS websites pick up these new site IPs without me right clicking on it ..

IIS NOOB!
