Department Groups IPK II

I have an IPK V 1.60 and a small department group setup. If I transfer a caller to the department group the call hunts the way it should. However if I have the voicemail transfer a call to the pilot of the department group the call never hunts and will eventually recall back to the voicemail. I have the transfer type set to release on the voicemail. Any suggestions.

The problem was with the CTI LX. I had to change the Initiate Sequence to "&,X,Q" and make sure the Connect Sequence was set to "Q"

I wouldn't recommend changing anything in the strings unless you are sure of what you are doing.
