I have an IPK V 1.60 and a small department group setup. If I transfer a caller to the department group the call hunts the way it should. However if I have the voicemail transfer a call to the pilot of the department group the call never hunts and will eventually recall back to the voicemail. I have the transfer type set to release on the voicemail. Any suggestions.
