Can I get a Meridian Mail voicemail box to stop accepting messages? My customer wants an outgoing message but is not at that number and doesn't want messages left on it.

Deny messages in mailbox

Yes, in Rls 12 and 13 you can deny messages in a mailbox. It's just another setting on the mailbox from the terminal
