I have a P660 with AIX 4.3.3.
I would like deny one host to access this p660.
How can i do ????
I /etc/hos.deny available on AIX ????

If the server provides no network service it would be safest to unplug it from the network. The /etc/host.deny file (which is avaliable in AIX) relates mostly to services started in inetd. There are other packages that use the tcp_wrappers, but they are usually compilied in seperately to do so (such as proftpd). Check the inittab and all the rc files to make sure nothing is running that you don't want anyone to see. Also type 'netstat -na |grep LISTEN' to see all the current services open.
