I have a User who tries to call three local numbers, one is a fax and the other two are voice numbers. From his phone they do not work, busy signals(?) or error tones not sure as I cannot recreate the problem and the USer is Timbuck-two, any other phone it dials no problem. Any other local numbers from the said phone no problem either. So it is not the COR or COS as it is only denying these three numbers.

Did a 'list trace station...' and afterwards it seizes the trunk, shows the calling number and name, proceeds to the trunk group member then this:

deniel event 1189: ISDN normal, unspecified D1=0x8ba6 D20x11f.

Any ideas? Thanks.

I've had a similar event where the denial event was from the public switch (AXE). It was expecting 11 digits from our pbx and we were sending 10. this was when the 0800 numbers changed in the UK.

Hope it helps

The funny part of all this is that the local number CAN be dialed from other phones but not from this one specific phone, and from the specified phone it only fails for these three numbers no other numbers.

You might want to just try trial and error. Remove the station and duplicate one that will call these numbers. Then check to see if it will dial. If it does change the new station to match the old one and try again.

Like DPhil said you might also want to check with your telco and see if for some reason they are blocking the number. Let me know if this helps at all.
