Hello I'm trying to figure out how to get back into **CONFIG but every time I put in the ID- and Password it now says denied in ADMIN.I just used it to set up a new speed dial and when I tried to enter again to create another speed dial now it says denied by ADMIN.Is there any way to fix this?

Nortel made a lot of product with a lot of versions and software levels.
Suggest you find out what it is you have and always post it when starting new threads so we know what you have otherwise its a guessing game and our time is valuable.
So is the ID SETNNA? (738662)
This would mean BCM400 with release 4.0 or BCM50 and BCM450 all versions/releases

Take pictures or google it and compare others.
These systems are also programmed using an interface called Element Manager, this has much more programming items available.
I said try it again because it had been 30 minutes, the time I think you may have been locked out for bad password attempts.
