I am getting "Denied in ADMIN" message on a phone I need to use for an outbound call. How do I program the phone to allow the outbound call and remove the Denied in ADMIN?
Thank you for your suggestion. I have tried modifying the restrictions as well as the phone re-direct. I still can not get past the Denied in ADMIN. Still looking for ideas!!!
If your restrictions are good, then I agree with Roldan, that you probably don’t have access to the pool- are you accessing IC, dialing a code (like 9,) then any other number gives you "denied in admin?---this would be no pool assigned.

Show (Line Pool A:Y) or (Line Pool A:N) Use the change button to alternate between the two options. Y= you get and outside line and N=not outside line.
