denial events

How can i get detailed information on the denial events
I have a lot of denial events and i know that it will help me if there is a book related of the denial events

the description you received, "no channel resources available", is the actual meaning of a 2314 error.

so it's complaining about a lack of Medpro resources needed at the time

I am unable to record an annoucement using my phone
it gives me a fast busy when i tried to hear it

As we know fast busys are the result of not having a requested resource, like a fast busy dialing out if all trunks are busy. Your fast busy means that the system thinks either the announcement you are trying to change is busy (in use), or is not present on the board. If neither case is actually true I'd probably have it looked into.
