denial event 1641: Permanent seizure

Hi All,

may incoming call suddenly crash out when i list trace it it shows - denial event 1641: Permanent seizure D1=0x830001 D2=0x80 - when to dialed from my celphone it gives me two rings then a long tone, my outgoing is working fine.

my trunk is a co type loop-start it working for the two since it was installed.

Do you have any alarms pointing toward the trunk pack? I have a hard time believing that all your CO trunks went out at once. I would start with the pack and work back out to the trunks and your provider.

Hi Mikey,

we resolve the issue it's in the co trunk configuration the IT guy enabled the auth code.
