Denial event 1220 when making external call

Any idea on how i can actually make a call from g430 MM721 BRI.

using Tac code 801 to test, get dialtone ,dial number then busy tone.
Lines now showing in service but cant dial out or in..
Is the dial tone actually from my lines or does the system generate this.
If i unplug the lines i still get dialtone when i dial Tac 801

Need help!!!!!!!!!

Run a "list trace tac 801" and make a call. Post the trace for us to look at.

The dialtone is generated by the System, Try & route the call using ARS for this trunk 801 & check. Are you getting inbound calls on this trunk?
