Hi, The absolute most likely problem with your unit is that the batteries need to be replaced. My records list that model as a 1995 or '96 introduction so it's old enough to require the change-out. There are several sources of the batteries, I can't help on the manual, though (sorry). I hope it was inexpensive enough to make this worth it! Good luck,

my net searches has led me to a phone number right here in San Diego - if they are at work since many employers (not mine) have told non-essentials to stay home. of course that could be a managment trick to find out who considers themselves non-essential! boy, I made the right decision to be a work! my search continues!!
