I have a customer using CCC v5.0.25, IP Office 4.1.12. It was installed by another vendor, but they have a maintainence contract with us. CCV is not installed, so they use delta server to monitor activity. There are some users that are reoporting they are still on a call when they have in fact hung up. I know delta server only updates every thirty seconds, but it will show the users on a call for up to ten or twenty minutes after they have hung up. They are the original users, and the profiles have not been changed or modified, so I don't think that there's any data corruption. What could be the issue here?
