According to IP Office product description, it seems that both CBC and CCC require the Delta Server to collect Call Centre events such as "Agents Logged on","Agents Logged Off", etc.
Is there any way that these events can be polled similar to the SMDR records by a TCP/IP port? We can then store and manipulate those events and generate customised reports.
