Hi Guy's can you have some kind of call logging device (Such as Oak)on multiple IP Office's using SCN?

regards Gary.

The IP Office can output SMDR directly from the unit to an IP address you specify (no need for delta server), so as long as the providor (Oak or whoever) can accept the output from several devices you are good to go. It's a question for them really.

we have some mutisite set ups where we have delta server loaded local to the IPO and the call accounting software just pulls the SMDR file from the remote PC.

We have done that also but only single sites, is that with Proteus? Not installed one since direct SMDR was added.

I havent done any direct CDR from the ipo. I am told it is going away. I have done it multiple SMDR's with datel call sweet and it works great. One main site has the call accounting and then all the remotes just have delta server running and then from the call accounting server just map drives to the remote SMDR files and you should be good to go.

Tim Plus from
Supports up to 5 IP office system SMDR streams to a single
application

Either direct SMDR output from Version 4.2 or via a free of charge windows service program which stores and forwards SMDR records to the Tim Plus application

Have a couple of clients running sweet as a nut

What is the program you use for this @spridge?

Sorry for the confusion
