Hi All

Does anyone have a doc that explains what all the fields within the delta server diagnostics screen represent?

Avaya does have it and i think they will keep it that way.

What is the problem you are having? Delta server is usually fairly straight forward :)

The customer uses PC wallboard to view the number of incoming calls to a Hunt group.
The hunt group has two DDI numbers pointing to it.

They also use DDI reports to show the same information at the end of the week.

User-A has the wallboard, and does not get the same information as User B on the reports.

The wallboard is set to External All excluding Transfers and points to the hunt group.
I have tried all settings and can not get the two to tally up.
