We are running an IPOffice 500. Today I noticed something interesting and I wonder if any of you have had anything like this happen before.
We had a call last night during off hours. It had a duration of 0:00 but a ring time of 61 seconds. I read in the delta manual that a call duration of 0:00 usually shows a lost or failed call. The ring time of 61 seconds set off some flags because after 15 seconds of no answer it is supposed to forward the call to our off hours call system.
What makes me wonder even more about this is the fact that on my 'missed calls' log on my phone I show 3 separate calls from the same number all around the same time. But the delta logs only show the call once for that time, and then once again about 7 minutes later.
Here are the logs, hope someone can shed some light on why this might happen.

Just a little more clarification on how this is all setup.
Our main line is the 734XXXXXXX number. This dials in to extension 600 which is a hunt group of all our phones. If no one picks up after 15 seconds it will forward the call to hunt group 700. This group will ring for 6 seconds before transferring the call to extension 701. This extension has been setup to forward to our call service.
