Delphi + Microsoft Access

I've been assigned the task at my work of developing a delphi application to be able to add/delete/modify information from a Microsoft Access (using ADO).

I am a VB.NET programmer and am finding it easy picking up delphi. As for the database stuff, I am still stuck in a rut...there is very little in the way of resources on the web.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
