Delphi Class not found

When attempting to open a form in my delphi application, I receive the following error:

'Class TQRRTFFilter not found'.

I believe I need to install an active-x control but unsure of which one.

That would be a quickreport component (=native vcl, no activex). Quickreports was included in older Delphi versions and has been replaced by Rave reports from Delphi 7.
