What you want is contained in the HOST mibs. The SNMP agent for those mibs will be OS dependent in addition to system model and manufacturer dependent.
If the systems are current and are still under support contract, call your mfg support and tell them you want to access the HOST mib info for your systems. They should be able to route you to the team that can help you.
