I am trying to figure out this error that i receive when my CEO sends calendar events to employees and when they accept the invitation they get this error for a user that has been deleted from the server over 3 months ago. The calendar event is accepted and everything works correctly except that his error always pops up.
I am thinking it has to be something with his own personal calendar which is shared with his new secretary from her PC (the old user name that appears is his old secretary that retired and she was on the same PC that the new secretary is on) somewhere and nothing to do with the actual exchange server but i can't find it.

Thanks in advance!

I don’t know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

The user was a delegate.
In short, recreate that user - same name exactly, wait for replication to complete, remove them from CEO mailbox delegation, wait for replication, test it works, delete user, wait for replication, test it still works.

Common problem, covered in more detail in this forum fairly regularly.

Thanks Z!
Yeah I should have searched around but I was feeling lazy!!!

well did all that and it worked until i deleted the account again.
then that same error came back.
i guess i will just have to create the user and then hide her mailbox.
