delivery information of messages is lost

We have Groupwise 4.1e with Novell Netware 4.10. there is a problem which appears in some PC : when cliquing the arriving messages (idem for archived messages and sent messages) , some users don't have the information about destination, domain, post office, etc ...
It seems to be dependant of the workstation .If I re-install the product on the pc, it is still the problem. If the user logs him from another PC, there is no problem.
Can someone help me ?

It depends on video sttings : it must be 1024 X 768 or below; with 1152 X 864, delivery information is not displayed.
