Hello everyone!

I have a request from a client that I feel is not possible to accomplish. They work with various delivery companies (GrubHub, ChowNow, Uber, etc) and would like to see the amount from each order in the POS match the amount that they receive from the delivery companies. I have looked into it and I noticed that each delivery company has different fees/commission values. I can go ahead and implement buttons for each fee/commission but it does not seem like it would be as accurate as they want it to be and it seems time consuming to be done for each order. My question is, can this process be done and can it be accurate?

Any advice would be great,

Thank you!

create an order mode for each with the established fees built in. Create house accounts for each to close to. You would then have 2 reports that should match. Sales by ordermode and house accounts. You could also make order mode a non tax since it food being resold it should not have sales tax applied.

Something to look into is Chowly, they integrate the delivery companies into one and if you have the ability, they place the order into the POS via Omnivore.

Tillster has POS integrations and has a delivery integration with several 3rd party delivery companies, like Grubhub.
