Delimiter disappears how can I use it to parse the data.

Crystal Reports 11, SQL server 2008

I have some data stored in a delimited field but when I try to display it the delimiter goes away and it all runs together.

When I paste it into Notepad++ I see it as
data part oneRSData part twoRSData part threeRS

However when I view it as text or try to paste it here I get:

data part oneData part twoData part three

I want Data part one, Data part 2, Data part three. How can I accomplish this?

In Notepad can you do a Find and Replace on your Record Seperator and change it to ", " ?

Well I could do that but it wouldn't solve my crystal reports issue. I need to solve the parsing in Crystal.

You can do an INSTR to search for your Record Seperators or Use the SPLIT function
