Deleting weekends from Calendar - Outlook 2003

How can I get rid of the weekends being displayed in Outlook 2003 month view? In Outlook 2K, I just went to Tools -> Options -> Calendar Options -> calendar work week and un-checked Sunday and Saturday and the weekends disappeared from the view. But un-checking those days has no effect in Outlook 2003.

Just click on view and then Work Week

Thanks for the suggestion but that does not work. I am using the Month view. Selecting Work Week throws me into a five day week view.

In the 2K version of Outlook, I just un-checked Sun/Sat and they disappeared from the Month view.
