Deleting Rows In a Listbox Control

Okay. This may sound silly but I don't know of a way of removing a row/item from a listbox control.

In VB, if I want to remove an item I just clicked on I could put:

lstTheList.removeitem lstTheList.listindex

How do I do the equivalent in Access 97?
