I'm trying to delete records in Table1 that do not have records that match in Table2. I created a query to find those records that do not match, I just don't know how to delete them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

just change your select query to a delete query. if it's already pulling in the right records, you shouldn't have to change anything else.

how did you select the un-matched records? i also need to select the records and delete them

I had this problem. I created an unmatched query using the wizard supplied in Access 2000 and then tried to change it to a delete query. It wouldn't play ball until I went into the query design view and right clicked, selected properties and set unique values to yes. It then worked.

Hope this may help you too
