I have 3 mailboxes with a large amount of messages in each mailbox.I do not want to delete mailbox because they are part of a ACD group but would like to know if I can delete messages and then change class of service to not allow message taking.Currently I can delete one at a time, but because of the number of voicemail's in each box it will take me up to 3 days to remove everyone of them..any ideas...

When you access the mailbox, try to press 8 instead of access one of the messages and see if it gives you the option to delete all...

Delete all it is not a mailbox option, delete mailbox and rebuild is an option.

I thought I had done it before, but we have so many systems going, between Nortel, Mitel, Avaya, Alcatel I couldn't remember...go with Ironhorse...

You did not mention which voice mail or what software version, depending what you have you can always go into the users mailbox (COS not required), select Alternate greeting...record it then tell it to not allow messages.
