Deleting Mermail Greeting Prompts?

Hello all,
I have a meridian mail greeting prompt that is overriding my menus services prompt.
I am wondering how to delete the greeting prompt.
I have tried recording 1 sec of dead air hoping that the menu services prompt would come in right after but it does not seem to work.
Any input would be appreciated.

when you look at your menu does it show something record on menu and under greeting,,,yes you can record 1sec.of selince and then you should see under gretting nothing recorded last option would be delete menu and rebuild
