Deleting Local Folder

I'm trying to delete a user's history and cookies on a local machine. However, when I try to delete the folder(s), I get an error saying that the folder has items in it and can't be deleted. How can I go about doing this?

Manually or via ASP.NET? If you're trying to do this manually then you're in the wrong forum. Hint: <tools><internet options><General Tab>. If you're trying to do this with a Web app, forget it.

So it's impossible to do via Visual Studio and VB.NET?

It's impossible to do to a client machine (whether you use Visual Studio to create your application is irrelevant).

If you want to do it to the server that the application is running on then that is possible as long as the ASPNET account has the correct permissions on the folder.
