Please tell me HOw to delete multiple extension one in go?

Ohhhhh its 4000 extensionss, dont know how its been created

thanks snowman50 anyway

You can delete multiple extensions in the group pane, just select one, press and hold shift and press the arrow down.
Then delete all selected phones, a reboot is required if it aint softphones ( IP, SIP or IP Dect phones ).
You can only add one extension at a time.

4000? Sounds like "auto-create extn" is on - and you probably have exceeded the config size, too - better figure it out soon!

Or is this something else than an IPOffice?
4000 extension in an IPOffice is doubtfull but if this is the case then it must be dead slow loading it in Manager and back in the IPOffice.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Yesterday i found the problem that if we connect one 1608
Its creating extensions automatically. Dont know the reason
I reset to factory default and reprogrammed.. now its ok
What is the reason behind this problem..its like ghost act[bigsmile]

The solution is simple
Turn off Auto create Extn & Auto Create User once the system is set up
it can be easily re-enabled if you have a new batch of extns to add at a later date.

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

Thanks intrigrant[cheers]

Must try that as had do do them one at a time.

Another one for the note book
