hello
can someone please tell me if i need to do anything to remove a device from the ciscoworks2000 database.
i have powered down the router - and cannot see it in RME. Do i need to do anything else.
Is there a way to confirm that the device has gone ?
Please advise
thanks

Under RME -> Administration -> Inventory -> List Devices. If it's not there it's not in the RME database. If it is, then choose Delete Device to remove it. Todd Hethmon

Likewise, don't forget to delete any ANI Server settings you had for the device. Under Server Configuration -> Setup -> ANI Server Admin -> SNMP Settings.
