Deleting comps in Aventa 5.3.31

I was wondering if COMPS (10% off, Open %, Open $, etc.) were able to be deleted from a sale. I have searched in all of the settings and can't seem to find an option to do so. I am kind of new to the forums and was unable to find an answer to my questions so I figured I would just ask. Any help is appreciated! Thanks in advance!
