Deleting all messages from a user’s Avaya MM Account

Our system is running Avaya MM 4.0.
Is there a way to delete all the messages from one specific box, other then logging into the account with a password and deleting them?

Sure, delete the mailbox, add it back in with a default password and make the user set up the mailbox again.

Keith, assuming your backend is an MSS, you could create a class of service and reduce the number of days messages are saved to 1 or whatever number you want and move this/these users into that class of service.
