Deleting all Files from a specified DIR in FTP

Hi ,

Appreciate if any one can help me in providing me the
FTP command for deleting all Files from a Directory.
I tried using mdelete *.* , but system prompts for
a confirmation question, Is there any way
to prevent that

Hi,

If you start your ftp session with the

-i

command line argument you will turn off interactive prompts. Then your mdelete will not ask for confirmation.

Thanks it worked , Actually I made a mistake I was trying
-i option with mdelete , instead of the FTP
