Does anyone know if there is a simple way to delete all the events on any one given day.

Somehow my Outlook has put in a birthday and an anniversary for each and every contact my boss has in his Outlook (1551).

We also use WebOffice and when he syncronized his Outlook with the WebOffice (yep you guessed it!) it put all those events into that program and when I synced with WebOffice it put all those events into my Outlook.

What a mess. Any suggestions????? I need help.

I would suggest going to the calendar and then choosing View, Outlook Data files. Then choose View Arrange By, Date. From here you can choose all the appointments in a specific date (CTRL-Click, or SHIFT-click first, then Shift-Click last) and then delete them.

Hope this helps.

Thank you Steve, can't wait to get to work to try it out.
