Hello! please tell me is it possible to restore the database if someone accidentally deleted it)? I have old backup... But I want new base to reanimate. Really the database completely is removed from a disk?

It is possible to restore, if:
- the recovery model of the database is full;
- have the last full backup;
- from the moment of the last full backup there were no log backups.
In your case it is necessary to make the following:
1.To make a backup of the log
2. To restore a full backup and to attach the backup of the log received in item 1. If this way doesn't restore base, then try to use software of Recovery Toolbox for SQL Server Before any manipulations, don't forget to make a backup copy of your ldf.
Additional information and ways of the solution of the matter you can look for here
