deleted everyone acces from printer 1

hello, i'm not sure if this is the correct forum, but basically i am a little new to network administration. one of the users who has administrative privaleges, denied everyone access to a printer. now no one, not even an administrator, nor this user, can do anything with this printer. is there a solution of how to trick it into thinking administrator were not deleted? Help?

Uninstall the printer, reinstall the printer
everyone will have print access and local administrators will have full control.
grant permissions to whomever,

remove the admin rights from the problem personnel
