Deleted bank entry in Accpac

I have deleted a bank payment entry in Accpac. This entry was not posted and did not hit the GL but when I generate check/payment register, the deleted entry is still there. Anyone know how this can be fixed?

Deleted in bank entry under bank services. Entry never got posted.

If the bank entry is deleted then it is gone.

I expect it to be gone but for some reason the deleted entry still shows up in the cheque/payments register.

You're contradicting yourself. A bank entry is not a cheque, they are different transactions. Deleting an entry is not the same as reversing a cheque.
