Delete specific emails from ALL mailboxes - Exchange 2003

I know using the ExMerge tool you can delete emails based on the subject line or attachments, but is there a tool that can delete items from a specific email address? This is for Exchange 2003.

Basically we used to have our Web Apps send out exception emails to all of the developers that were working on that project, and now we use a custom exception handler that dumps them to a DB instead. The subject lines are different based upon the server + webapp combo that generated the email, but the from address is always the same.
