Delete or Change Customers in A/R

I keep gettting a message that says The file AR_Customer cannot be opened when I try to open Delete or Change Customers in the A/R module in Utilities...any thoughts???

Normally it tells you why. What is the full message.

That is the whole message. Nothing else than that.

The file might be locked. Try rebooting the server.

If you haven't had any luck so far with this situation, you may have some orders that are still open relating to your specific customer.

You might have to close/delete any open invoices/orders before completing your task.
