Delete ntuser.pol file

Anyone know of a method to delete ntuser.pol file? Or any other file that for some reason the system won't let you delete...I know there is a good reason that I am getting access denied but it's only from someone's roaming profile folder that I want to delete the file as it was just a test user...

Any ideas would be appreciated

Not to worry about this one - it was just a question of changing the permissions on the files themselves instead of the folders they were in - silly me!
