Hi. We have a Merlin Legend with an Audix Intuity voice mail server. I inadvertently routed a confidential message to the mail box of someone who is away on a months vacation. I do not have this persons password to retrieve the message. I have checked and there is only one message in the queue for this person, thus I was trying to find a way to delete the 'in box' queue. However I was unable to find it by poking around in the various UNIX menus on the Intuity box.

Could somebody point me in the proper direction?

Thanks

Paul

You need to go into the Voice System Administration Menu, do a Change subsciber and reset the password for that mailbox. Then explain what happened and tell them to redo their password, when they return.

thanks for the info. Hard to beleive you can't just delete a queue. Perhaps the newer versions allow this.

Thanks anyway

Paul
