Delete mail from BB but leave in Outlook

A user at one my client sites would like to be able delete emails from his handheld, but still have them download to his Outlook when he returns to the office. I have not been able to figure out where to set this function. Can anyone help?

usually on the handheld you would go to options, email reconciliation. change "delete on" to Handheld.

I actually found the answer this morning in the owner's manual and it said exactly what you did. Thank you for your response!
