Hi I would like to know if it is possible to delete, or maybe even better synchronize my ISP mail and my Notes pro mail ??
Allways when i replicate my mail with my ISP i get all the mails that are on the server, even if I have all ready downloaded them previously and deleted them on my notes.
Thanks for any help (if I'm clear enought !)

You need to edit your POP (mail in) account. There is a tab called "Protocol Configuration". Click on that and change the "Leave mail on server" to No. This will delete the mail off your Internet mail server when it is replicated. When this is set to Yes, the mail remains on your Internet mail server and is replicated over and over again.
