I am in the process of trying to upgrade the image file on a BD 6808. I brought it up to 7.3 on monday and now it says that file is bad. SO i am booting into my backup of 6.1.5. I have tried multiple times to download a new image but I get the same error everytime. "ERROR: File too large" It does not matter if I choose the primary or the secondary or which MSM I am using. I get the same error. Oh and yes I am telling it to delete the prim or sec depending on which I am trying to update. The BD does not seem to be deleting the image file and I cant find a way to manually delete an image file or even show the flash dir to see whats there. Outside of a show switch and that says that I have no primary image file. Yet I cant download to it!!!! Any help is greatly appreciated.

you cannot upgrade from 6.1.5 to 7.3 directly.

you need to upgrade to 6.1.9 then upgrade the bootrom then upgrade to 6.2.2 then upgrade the bootrom again then upgrade to 7.2 then upgrade the bootrom again then up to 7.3

it is well documented in the readme when you download the file from extreme
