Delete from listi n XL open tab with VBA

Howdy All

Win 11, XL 365

When I open XL from the programs menu and click the "Open" tab, I get a list of previously opened XL files. This list needs to be updated if any files have been moved or deleted.

The user interface allows removing files from the listing. I want to do the same with VBA. To do this, I need to acquire the listing of the files in the open tab and the command to delete them from the listing. Any help is fully appreciated.
