Delete error an virtual extension.

My system is Avaya Aura System manager 8.1.
I was trying to delete a virtual extension at CM. But the error message pops up.

Error on Delete
Failed to delete[Unassign of endpoint "1234" from user "1234@mail.com" failed. Cause of failure: CmAdaptor:Communication_manager:remove;nested exceptin is:com.avaya.iptcm.cm.adaptor.exception.OssiCommandException: Message waiting;please message first 1234@mail.com users.

Anyone knows how to delete this extension? I couldn't find any messages what the system's saying.

That means the station has a voicemail waiting. Either go into your voicemail system and mark the message as read or go into your CM and turn of the MWI and then you will be able to remove that station.

I disabled all the features options of the extension, then I've deleted it.
