Hello,

I want to change the BFDAT that I am using,

To do that I started by del-sbcsu and del-acsu

But when I try del-bcsu I have an error F10:MODULE LINE CIRCUITS NOT DELETED; and it is not telling me why,

I tried to deactivate the pen (for me is 1-1-8) and it is always not working.

Any ideas?

Just to give more détails, I have an action plan and I am blocked on the step 2,
the following is the process I am following:

1- delete all existing stations and links
2- delete the card STMI4 (I can't add-bcsu if the old one exists with the same pen (1-1-8) )
3- add the new bfdat

It looks like you might have 2 ISDN lines or trunks built on those first 2 ports. That stuff has to get deleted too.

Thank you, It was hard to me to find it, but it worked
to delete the link(del-ldpln after del-ldat after del-lodr after del-richt after del-tdcsu)
it was a link with an expression server.

after when I tried to delete the card I have the folowing error:
<DELETE-BCSU:MTYPE=IPGW,LTU=1,SLOT=8;
DELETE-BCSU:MTYPE=IPGW,LTU=1,SLOT=8;
H500: AMO BCSU STARTED
F35: GATEWAY IS STILL CONFIGURED IN THE GATEKEEPER ADMINISTRATION.
PLEASE REMOVE IT WITH THE COMMAND: DEL-GKREG:GWNO=<NUMBER>; BEFORE.

AMO-BCSU -111 BOARD CONFIGURATION, SWITCHING UNIT
DELETE NOT COMPLETED;

I used the command he told me in the error message, and all is done.
