Delete APR from Welcome screen

I would like to delete an APR file from the welcome screen.

I have deleted all copies of anything related to this application file using Explorer but it still shows up on the Welcome screen.

The app filename is the same as a newer version that I saved. Both of them still show up though.

When I click on this file it says "There is no Quickview available".

How do I get rid of it?

I just figured it out myself.

If you click on this file (disregarding the warning message) you get the opportunity to delete it on the next screen.
